Required skills and Qualifications ?- General:
? Bachelor degree or above, engineering, supply chain management, economic or MBA degree preferred
? 8 years or more work experience in large company procurement management, familiar with relevant knowledge in procurement, engineering, supply chain, economic or legal. Some Retail knowledge or awareness of the Retail markets is desirable. ??
? 5 years or more team leadership experience and development of subordinates required.
? Familiar with consumer market and associated procurement categories of spend.
? Good communication and leadership ability
? Good project management ability, able to work efficiently under pressure and be able to manage multiple projects?
? Continuous system, process optimization and implementation ability end to end of the Procurement process
? Strong awareness of work ethics and compliance, always being honesty and trustworthy in work in line with the standards laid down in the BP Code of Conduct.
? Basic ability in English reading and writing?
? ACCA preferred
?
